Heatmap Hosting – Refund Policy

Products and services purchased from HeatmapHosting.com may be refunded only if cancelled within the refund period specified in this policy. Some products have different policies or requirements for refunds, including some that are not eligible for refund under any circumstance.

Definitions

“Date of the transaction” means the date of purchase of any product or service, which includes the date any renewal is processed by HeatmapHosting.com in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable product or service agreement.

“Refund Period” means the timeframe during which you may request a refund through HeatmapHosting.com’s customer service for eligible products and services.

General Terms

No Refund After Account Closure: If eligible for a refund, you must request it prior to account closure. While you may close your account at any time, upon account closure you will no longer be eligible for any refunds otherwise permitted under this policy.

Standard Refund Terms

  • Annual Plans: Refundable within 30 days of the date of the transaction
  • Monthly Plans: Refundable within 48 hours of the date of the transaction
  • Setup Fees: Non-refundable once service setup has begun

Products with Special Refund Terms

Hosting Services

  • Shared Hosting: Refundable within 30 days of purchase if no significant resource usage has occurred
  • VPS Hosting: Refundable within 14 days of purchase if no custom configurations have been applied
  • Dedicated Servers: Refundable within 7 days of purchase if no custom configurations have been applied
  • Managed WordPress Hosting: Refundable within 30 days of purchase if no significant resource usage has occurred

Analytics & Heatmap Services

  • Basic Plan: Refundable within 14 days if less than 1,000 pageviews have been tracked
  • Professional Plan: Refundable within 14 days if less than 5,000 pageviews have been tracked
  • Enterprise Plan: Refundable within 14 days if less than 10,000 pageviews have been tracked

Additional Services

  • SSL Certificates: Non-refundable once issued
  • Domain Names: Refundable within 24 hours of purchase if not already configured
  • Custom Development Services:
  • 50% refundable if cancelled before development begins
  • Non-refundable once development has started
  • Migration Services: Non-refundable once migration has begun

Products Not Eligible for Refunds

  • Custom configurations and setups once implemented
  • Domain transfer fees
  • Renewal fees for any service after the renewal date
  • Emergency support services
  • Any service where significant resources have been expended
  • Add-on services once activated
  • Premium features once enabled

Special Circumstances

EU & UK Consumers

You have a statutory right to cancel products and services within 14 days from the date of the contract. However, we are entitled to charge a reasonable amount for services already provided as of the cancellation date. Therefore, a full refund may not be available. This refund policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Enterprise Customers

Custom refund terms may apply for enterprise-level agreements. Please refer to your specific service agreement for details.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Contact our customer support team through your account dashboard
  2. Provide your order number and reason for requesting a refund
  3. Allow up to 5-7 business days for review and processing
  4. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Refund Processing

  • Credit card payments: 3-5 business days
  • Bank transfers: 5-7 business days
  • Other payment methods: Up to 10 business days

HeatmapHosting.com reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will become effective immediately upon posting.
